2018 A Year in Review

As we begin 2019, begin planning events, meetings, and setting goals; we look back on everything we accomplished in 2019…. PACCNE officially launched in July 2018 with a launch party held in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Over 75 people came in support of our newly launched chamber. Board Members Karolina, Sabina, Alexandria, and Henry opened the night, media coverage by Radio Rampa and guests included business owners, bankers, business professionals and affluent members of the Polish American community in the north-east.  Summer was in full swing as we moved on to a private wine tasting hosted by Kelham Vineyards of Napa Valley at a private dinner in Tribeca. We attended a beautiful luncheon of the Frick Estate in Alpine, New Jersey with a private art show organized by the Waterfall Mansion in NYC. Karolina and Alexandria then traveled to Spain with LWE (Leading Women Entrepreneurs) for a retreat with top woman in business leaders. Once fall came around PACCNE was a proud supporter of the Miss Polonia New Jersey Pageant held at Wallington Exchange, Alexandria was the evenings host. October means Pulaski Day Parade, we joined Grand Marshal Thomas Duch at a breakfast before the parade in NYC. Shortly after we traveled to Washington DC to celebrate Poland’s 100 Year Independence anniversary where we joined ambassadors, ministers of foreign affairs, dignitaries, and influencers at a gala hosted by Polish Slavic Federal Credit Union. The day after we were welcomed into the Polish Embassy in Washington DC for a meeting with the Ambassador Piotr Wilczek for a meeting about our chamber. In between all that we proudly support NYC top immigration lawyer Michael Wildes as he ran for mayor of Englewood, New Jersey. Karolina and Alexandria then sat of the committee for the Show Me Your Heart Holiday with Heather Gala at Capital Grille which raised over $100,000 for the Sanzari Children Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center. We ended our year with our annual holiday party in the same spot where we started in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This time over 100 people came to support us, new members joined, members had the opportunity to present a little about their businesses and their goals and we enjoyed the night to the voice of Carmen Jon as he performed. These are just a few of our top highlighted events that PACCNE was a part of but in between everything there was a lot more and do not forget all the events, conferences, and panels Sabina was taking part in from Poland. 2018 was our year, a year of new ideas, launches, working hard to get our chamber on the map. We look forward to what 2019 has to bring and we look forward welcoming everyone.
