Karolina A. Dehnhard devotes her practice to matrimonial law as well as international business transactions, as Managing Director of the Firm's International Transactions Group.
Karolina, who is fluent in Polish, has appeared on various TV shows and news programs, as well as published articles on family law topics in numerous print publications including North Jersey Woman Magazine, Industry Magazine, VUENJ, and numerous Polish publications. In addition, she co-authored a chapter in “Understanding the Legal Issues Surrounding Same-Sex Marriage.” She is the co-host of two radio shows, “The Law Matters,” on WMTR Radio, and “There’s Always a Way Out,” hosted in Polish, on Radio RAMPA.

Alexandria Kolodko is a co-owner and operator of Brooklyn Imports Inc. based in Carlstadt, N.J. and owner of Brooklyn Imports Midwest based in Schaumburg, IL. Importer and wholesale distributor of Eastern European food products, with over 10 years of experience in the business, working with over 800 U.S. based accounts, over 50 vendors in Eastern Europe, and hundreds of imported containers a year, with experience in business on both the Polish market and the American market.

Sabina Klimek PhD
Sabina Klimek is Consul in the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Istanbul and ]Assistant Professor at Warsaw School of Economics, Co-founder and Vice President of Polish-American Chamber of Commerce North-East. Former Consul, Trade Commissioner, Head of Trade and Investment Section of Polish Consulate.Former TV journalist and business trainer and entrepreneur. Holds a Postgraduate Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Earned a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Economics in Katowice. Also graduated from the Mikkeli University of Applied Science in Finland (Bachelor of Business Administration). Alumni of the School of Political and Social Leaders, certified trainer (specializing in negotiations, self-development, communication and public speaking training). Co-founder and President of Supervisory Board of the European Institute "Pro Futuro Europae". Sabina Klimek was also a Member of the European Commission Business Forum for Multilingualism, Expert for European Office of Crafts, Trades and Small and Medium sized Enterprises for Standardization (NORMAPME) in the field of Innovation Management. She is author of many publications in the field of SME’s and author of the book “Entrepreneurship without secrets”.

Henry Rinder is a Member of Smolin, Lupin & Co., PA. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and New York with more than 35 years of public accounting experience.
Henry is certified in Financial Forensics, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is accredited in Business Valuations. Henry has been qualified as an expert by the state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and Florida and has testified before those courts.

She is currently a Special Correspondent for the CBS syndicated program Inside Edition, specializing in interviewing newsmakers and political figures. Cosby has received three Emmy Awards, the Jack Anderson Award for investigative excellence, the Matrix Award, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and the Lech Walesa Freedom Award. October 11, 2010, was declared "Rita Cosby Day" in the State of New York for her “extraordinary journalism and exemplary service on behalf of her community.
